Michelle Jank didn't create this piece for the book launch at Colette.
But unfortunately I don't have a picture of the necklace she sent just yet. So here's an example of what she does best. Big, bold, whimsical pieces of jewellery.
• Michelle is Australian.
• Sometimes she etches a line or two of poetry on the back of her jewellery.
• When she was young, a Man Ray image of Nancy Cunard in her jewellery inspired Michelle to start her now vast bracelet collection.
• Michelle says: 'If I could make anything I’d make seriously big, elaborate diamond rings for the queen of England.'
