Sign Of The Times

Here's some pix from the signing itself. It's all a bit of a blur but it was great to finally meet some of the people I wrote about, and who I feel I know so well. You spend two years communicating with a person and imagining what they're like, then they show up looking totally different. Weird.

    Too awesome - and you look great! I visited the "Gold in Africa" museum here in Cape Town today and thought of you...luckily they allowed cameras and I had the right lens, I think some of them will be stunning! Write your next book on African jewelry and you can come down for research :)
